All employees and management shall recognize that the HSE (health, safety and environment) management is the core factor for all management activities and, to achieve the goals of “no accident, no disease and no pollution”, we establish the following detailed policies and implement them.

- There shall be no compromise as far as HSE is concerned.
- If any hazardous or dangerous factors are found, then they shall be immediately removed and all staff members shall actively participate in the preventive activities.
- All members shall make efforts to improve their health and the work conditions for the enhancement of quality of life.
- All members shall actively participate in the eco-friendly activities to realize the non-pollution green shipbuilding goal.
- All members shall do their duties with the responsible activities.
