Recruitment Procedure

Qualification for application and hiring

Common requirements

  • Graduate or expected graduate of 4-year college or higher educational institute
  • Those having no disqualification for overseas travel
  • Priority to those who are fluent in foreign language (English)
  • Those who have graduated high school or above for production field (priority to those having the experience of 5 years or above)
  • The health checkup for recruit is to be attached.)

Experienced workers

  • Those having experience in the required field (priority to those having the experience of 10 years or longer)
  • Certificate of career (experience) to be attached
  • The health checkup (for recruit) is to be attached

Filing method

  • Filing to personnel team via either email or visit

Process of hiring

  • Application document screening (1st)
  • Interview (2nd)/
  • The announcement of final successor is made within 10 days after interview.

Required documents

  • Resume, self-introduction, certificate of graduation, and transcription (from highest academic institute for applicant)
  • Certificate of career (limited to experienced worker)
  • Certificate of qualification/ certificate of language fluency (limited to those having the qualification)

Others

  • Once submitted, the documents will not be returned to the applicant.
  • If any fault is found in the document, the employment may be cancelled.
  • New recruit is subject to three months' intern period.
  • Work conditions: 4 national insurances, 5-day work system, dormitory provision (for those living at remote area), scholarship for worker’s children (general)
