Considering the individual’s ability and job performance, the rank is classified into 6 stages depending on the degree of improvement in the ability.

Evaluation system

  • We conduct the evaluation of job ability to increase the employee’s ability through the increased efficiency of evaluation result and feedback, centering on the current job ability, attitude and passion.
  • Depending on the evaluation result, the different bonus is paid. The system has been prepared for the objective evaluation and motivation by making the active use of evaluation results.
  • New recruit is subject to the first evaluation for 3 months after their entrance to the company (the suitability of personality and work is focused in the evaluation.)

Salary system

  • Our salary system is operated based on the performance which reflects an individual’s ability and performance and it is operated in a way that the different bonus would be granted to individuals such as annual salary (for administrative workers) or daily salary system (for production workers).
